TESTIMONIALS
I highly recommend Julia Cole as an athletic therapist. She quickly pinpointed the source of my injury and prescribed the exercises I needed to successfully restore function to my hip. Throughout the process she was very available and supportive and personalized my program to make it as easy as possible for me to follow and to be successful.

I’ve been seeing Julia as my therapist for years. She has helped me with a wide range of challenges. She is professional, extremely knowledgeable and competent, and very caring. Julia also empowers her clients with the knowledge and support they need to continue to work on their physical health issues on their own. She’s made such an amazing difference in my life

I am so happy and thankful to be working with Julia. I have significantly less pain and I’m moving better and feeling better in my daily life. For example taking stairs and getting up and down from any kind of seat are no longer painful. I’m a long way off being fully rehabilitated, but I know I am in excellent hands and I cannot thank Julia enough for all her efforts and attention. I had a motorcycle accident just over a year ago, and I’ve worked with various therapists and medical doctors over the last 12 months. I can honestly say that Julia is one of the best. I sincerely appreciate that she’s always on time, she's very professional, friendly, patient, and supportive. She frequently emails after a session with a recap of exercises to be done which seems so simple but it’s all so hugely helpful, and really makes it easier for me to focus on healing and moving forward. Finally, Julia draws from such a range of education and experience that she has helped me to “get” a few things that have never really "clicked" until working with her despite the fact that I have a large amount of physical training experience, have worked with a personal trainer before, and am a certified personal trainer myself! Her training around proper foot stance has helped reduce knee, hip and back pain. Her guidance around correct deep breathing have literally taken my meditation practice to a very different level. I really can’t say enough good things.

I am a registered occupational therapist who has referred clients to Julia for just under a decade. My clients have commented on her personalized programs that are well customized to each individual, no matter the diagnosis, age or experience with yoga and rehabilitation. She is thorough, personable and has a wide repertoire of skills that will help with your posture, flexibility, core strength and pain management if needed. Julia will ensure that by the end of the sessions you will have an excellent home program and tools to continue the exercises and poses on your own.

As a firefighter I have total dependence on remaining fit and capable to do my job and maintain my livelihood to provide for my family. Julia’s first treatment for a back injury that had hindered me for over a year made a noticeable difference immediately that lasted. Her treatment was unlike the other specialists I had seen in that she was able to increase my restricted range with such an educational and gentle approach. I was able to understand why I was restricted and how she was able to ease the restriction and pain, and what I had to do to maintain the increased range. Ongoing visits proved further improvement to a point I no longer needed therapy.
